The story of Donald Trump, Russian prostitutes, and the existence of a so-called pee tape originally hit the zeitgeist when the because when the Steele Dossier came to light, though its inclusion in the dossier wasn’t purely salacious. The concern was that the entire event and this possible physical evidence would make Trump vulnerable to kompromat — a uniquely Russian blackmail used to influence politicians and other powerful people. A play on “compromising material,” holding such evidence is often used in order to ensure loyalty out of fear that the information on the subject would be very damaging if released.
Bloomberg has now obtained flight records of Trump’s travel to Russia for the Miss Universe Pageant in question. The records reportedly show that Trump flew to Moscow on a Bombardier Global 5000 private jet that landed on 8 November 8th 2013 and departed early on November 10th 2013.
In what’s become knows as Comey’s “memos,” he recounts a conversation with Trump in which Trump told him that he, “arrived in the morning, did events, then showered and dressed for the pageant at the hotel and left for the pageant. Afterwards, he returned only to get his things because they departed for New York by plane that same night.”
Moreover, Trump’s own twitter feed refutes his claim of never having stayed overnight.

Perhaps Trump was playing a linguistic game. Perhaps he has a never stayed “overnight” but rather… over-weekend?
