Donald Trump Jr. recently spoke out on Jeffrey Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell’s conviction, asking  “will anything happen” to Prince Andrew, and shared a picture of the Duke of York with Maxwell and alleged victim Virginia Roberts Giuffre on his Instagram.

Giuffre claims she was trafficked by Maxwell and Epstein and forced into sexual relations with Prince Andrew at the age of 17.

In the photo, the Prince has his arm around Giuffre at a party at Maxwell’s London home, hosted by Epstein. Giuffre says it was taken shortly before she and Prince Andrew had sex for the first time, in 2001.

“Ghislaine Maxwell’s conviction could spell trouble for Prince Andrew,” read the Fox News screenshot that included the photo that Trump Jr. shared, with his own caption:

“Will anything happen to or will we get info pertaining to any of [the] sickos she helped enable in this??”

The son of the controversial former President also included a poll in his Instagram story featuring the options “zero chance” and “less than zero chance.”

Prince Andrew has repeatedly denied any sexual relationship with Giuffre or any awareness of child sex offenses by Epstein at the time.

A civil suit has been filed by Giuffre alleging that Prince Andrew sexually assaulted her.  Lawyers for Andrew are arguing that the New York case should be dismissed, as Giuffre lives in Australia.

Giuffre’s lawyers countered, describing that move as a “transparent attempt to delay discovery into his own documents and testimony.”

A Prince Andrew biographer, Nigel Cawthorne, told Newsweek that the photo of the Duke of York with Maxwell and Giuffre “does not help” his case:

“Now we have Ghislaine Maxwell, sex trafficker, standing there next to a woman who says she was trafficked, next to Prince Andrew who says he wasn’t there. If Maxwell was acquitted that would have helped him, indeed they could have called her as a defense witness. Things are looking a bit more bleak for him now.”

Ironcially, another high-profile associate of Epstein and Maxwell is former President Trump, Trump Jr.’s father. While there is no concrete evidence linking Trump to any of Epstein’s sexual crimes, there are many photos of the two together socially.

When Trump was asked in 2020 if Maxwell could potentially expose others involved in the crimes, he denied knowing much if anything about the situation:

“I don’t know—I haven’t really been following it too much. I just wish her well, frankly. I have met her numerous times over the years, especially since I lived in Palm Beach, and I guess they lived in Palm Beach. But I wish her well, whatever it is.”
